The Self -Change project I have chosen is “Getting A Full Night’s Sleep”, i.e. Getting ready for bed at an appropriate hour, doing things that will ensure proper sleep, not doing things that are deterrents to falling asleep such as texting or browsing the web.
The instructions for this assignment are to design and conduct a self-change project of the topic of my choice (sleep), assessed in self-change exercises, project design and reports on conduct of the project. The paper should summarize the self-change project. The paper needs to have a brief literature review, a description of the project and an analysis of the results, including quantitative data and appropriate statistical procedures.
