Journal Article Analysis – 10 points
Select a peer-reviewed journal article published in the past five years that reports research findings related to an organizational conflict. Each paper should consist of two parts: 1) observation; 2) connection. Observations should include a summary of the article and the organizational conflict that was the focus of the research and your appraisal of the strengths and weaknesses of the article, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the research study described in the article. Connections should include your explanation of how your article relates to at least two theories and/or topics covered within the course readings, providing specific examples from the article and the course texts to illustrate those connections.
